The WorkloadProfile record (WorkloadProfile) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each WorkloadProfile row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, facultyId, academicYear, teachingLoad, serviceLoad, advisingLoad, adminLoad, hiddenLoad, totalLoad. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a workload profile as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every WorkloadProfile row carries a tenantId, one institution's workload profile data is never visible to another.
