Before taking any field measurements, you create a FieldVisit record to establish the context for the site trip. The visitDate, technician name, weather condition, and airTempC are recorded at the visit level because they apply to all wells measured that day. FieldMeasurement records for individual wells are then linked to this visit. This structure lets you quickly pull all readings taken on a given date, see who was in the field, and understand ambient conditions that might explain anomalous water-level or field-parameter readings across the site.

Field Visit
A FieldVisit is the event record for a technician's trip to a monitoring site — capturing visitDate, technician name, weather, and air temperature. Each FieldVisit owns a set of FieldMeasurement records, one per well visited.
