Compliance Report

A ComplianceReport captures one regulatory deliverable for a Project. It records the reportType (for example SHPO_FORM or NAGPRA_INVENTORY), a human-readable title, and a status that moves from DRAFT to ACCEPTED as the report is written, reviewed, and submitted. The report tracks who created it through generatedBy, when it was produced via generatedAt, and where it was sent through submittedTo and submittedDate. A dueDate helps teams hit regulatory deadlines, while notes, an optional filePath to the generated document, and a revisionHistory round out the record. Every report belongs to a tenant and a project.
