Each CourseOutcomeMapping row stores fields such as id, curriculumMapId, courseId, outcomeId, irmLevel, bloomLevel, notes, createdAt, updatedAt, curriculumMap. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a course outcome mapping as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. The course outcome mapping record links to the tenant that owns it, keeping each institution's course outcome mapping data isolated.
