The EnrollmentHistory record (EnrollmentHistory) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each EnrollmentHistory row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, courseId, termId, enrollment, sections, avgClassSize, createdAt, tenant, course. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a enrollment history as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every EnrollmentHistory row carries a tenantId, one institution's enrollment history data is never visible to another.
