The EvidenceEscalation record (EvidenceEscalation) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each EvidenceEscalation row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, measureId, facultyId, level, lastReminderAt, nextReminderAt, resolvedAt, notes, createdAt. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a evidence escalation as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every EvidenceEscalation row carries a tenantId, one institution's evidence escalation data is never visible to another.
