The ReportSchedule record (ReportSchedule) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each ReportSchedule row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, name, reportType, frequency, nextRunDate, lastRunDate, isActive, config, createdAt. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a report schedule as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every ReportSchedule row carries a tenantId, one institution's report schedule data is never visible to another.
