Budget planning cycle

The BudgetPlanningCycle record (BudgetPlanningCycle) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each BudgetPlanningCycle row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, fiscalYear, name, status, openDate, submissionDeadline, reviewDeadline, finalizationDate, workspaceId. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a budget planning cycle as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every BudgetPlanningCycle row carries a tenantId, one institution's budget planning cycle data is never visible to another.
