Evidence item

The EvidenceItem record (EvidenceItem) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each EvidenceItem row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, measureId, sectionId, facultyId, status, totalStudents, sampledStudents, submittedAt, notes. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a evidence item as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every EvidenceItem row carries a tenantId, one institution's evidence item data is never visible to another.
